A. Yes. For a fee, Precedent Technologies provides technical assistance with your Skype integration within your company. Choose our TechRemote support plan. Tech Remote can be purchased quickly online so you can get your Skype implementation started as soon as possible.

Q. What is the fee for Precedent Technologies technical services?

A. Our TechRemote service is billed in 30 minute increments. Each 30 minute block of time is $50. However, if you have a large implementation that will involve many employees, or span the course of several days, please contact us to arrange a special rate.

Q. Why should should you buy your hardware from Precedent Technologies opposed to other vendors with cheaper prices?

A. Precedent Technologies will also assist you with installation and conifiguration of your hardware. We will be with you every step of the way during your Skype implementation. We also can offer discounts on our integration services for loyal customers.

Q. Does Skype offer a multi-party videoconferencing solution?

A. No. Currently, videoconferencing through Skype is only one-to-one. However, multi-party videoconferencing is coming. Stay tuned for updates.
