Each TechRemote engagement starts with a trouble ticket. The trouble ticket gives us the details of your problem. It also allows us to log all communications of the incident in our Customer Relationship Management system. Customers requesting support for the first time should use the "New Customers" form. After our first engagement you will have your own personalized service area. You may log into your secure service area to submit trouble tickets, check the status of a support ticket, etc.
