TechRemote is a pay-as-go remote support offering. You give us a call when you need us and we'll diagnose and repair you system remotely . This approach is more efficient and cost effective for your business. However, if the problem clearly can't be remedied remotely, we will dispact one of our highly skilled technicians to your location. In order to get onsite services, you'll be required to utilize our pay-as-you-go onsite solution, TechSOS.

Our TechRemote service utilizes a 256 Bit, on-premise support applicance. 256 Bits of encryption is an industry best practice. So, you can be assured each remote session is secure. Click here to learn more about our support tool.

Each TechRemote engagement starts with a trouble ticket. The trouble ticket gives us the details of your problem. It also allows us to log all communications of the incident in our Customer Relationship Management system. Customers requesting support for the first time should use the "New Customers" form. After our first engagement you will have your own personalized service area. You may log into your secure service area to submit trouble tickets, check the status of a support ticket, etc.
